The Bug Club at Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway

Aimed at enthusiasts under eleven, The Bug Club gives its members a chance to keep in touch with what is happening on the railway.

This small shunting engine has lead a very adventurous life and has become a firm favourite with children because of his appearances on Family Fun Weekends and as Santa’s steam powered reindeer on previous Santa Specials.

The Bug is currently in for overhaul and we hope to see it back on the railway very soon.

Members receive a birthday card on their special day, a badge, membership card, which entitles them to a reduced rate of travel on non-special event days & free entrance into the model exhibition.
