Carriage hire charges are outlined below, this is payable in addition to each passenger's travel ticket fare.
The Heritage Carriages must be pre-booked and paid for in full at the time of booking.

The Bar Car is our most popular Heritage Coach; perfect for a small group of family or friends to travel together in privacy and enjoy a drink or two along the way.
For 2026 the Bar Car will not have an attendant on board as standard. To upgrade to an attendant, the cost will increase to £195 for the hire.
PLEASE NOTE: An attendant may not be available if ‘Gladys’ is booked less than 7 days in advance. Alternatively, a drinks package can be arranged for your journey in the Bar Car, please enquire.
