EASTER BANK HOLIDAY (3rd - 6th APRIL 2026)

EASTER CREAM TEAS:

Enjoy an vintage style cream tea in our Hythe Hall at 13:10. Indulge in a fruit scone, jam & clotted cream, with tea & coffee to wash it down. Garnished with juicy strawberries & an easter biscuit for younger diners.

Tickets are £15 for Children (aged 3 - 17) & £20 for adults.

You can pre-order your Romney Rovers online or purchase tickets on the day.

EASTER EGG HUNT:

We will be hiding 6 Easter Eggs around our stations, spot them all and fill in the quiz to redeem your chocolate Cream Egg prize.

With the surrounding green fields providing a playground to little lambs leaping about on their newly discovered spindly legs - what better Easter adventure than a miniature steam engine Easter Egg Hunt on the Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway.

Hop on and hop off this vintage steam train at one of several destinations along the Marsh to find the hidden Easter eggs and be rewarded with a prize at the end of the line for your efforts.

When the little Easter explorers get tired, explore the Model Railway Exhibition at New Romney or enjoy a bite and a hot drink at one of the three station cafes.

To take part in the Easter egg hunt families can buy a Romney Rover hop-on, hop-off ticket, good for the entire day.

FACE PAINTER:

There will be a face painter at New Romney on Saturday 4th April.

ARTS & CRAFTS:

Easter themed crafts will be available for children to enjoy in New Romney conservatory.
