Day of Syn
The Day of Syn is a biennial festival celebrating the literary work of the Doctor Syn books (set in the Romney Marsh). Expect to see battle re-enactments between smugglers and Revenue Officers, a court trial, historical demonstrations, Morris dancing, musical acts, fun, entertainment and the Grand Procession – just like the books!
We Love Hythe Life Food Festival 2022
Fancy some good food and music? Why not pop down to Hythe’s Food Festival to experience a culinary taste sensation from Kent’s Top chefs. This is an event for all the family, so come along to learn from chefs, eat good food, listen to music and enjoy the atmosphere!
Avoid traffic and parking in Hythe by travelling with RH&DR.
Catch the 11am train from Dungeness to get to Hythe for midday, and return on any train (last train to all stations is at 3:40pm).
