Steam Driver Experience Days

Get behind the regulator of one of the famous Romney locomotives on a Driver Experience Days course. Drive a mainline in miniature steam locomotive, with expert tuition and guidance from one of our regular drivers.

The day-long courses available cover New Romney to Dungeness or New Romney to Hythe. Both offer plenty of 'hands-on' experience, and are a lot of fun.

The Experience Days run in February, March, October and November, and make a memorable present for yourself or loved one.

Early booking is definitely recommended for this unique experience, which costs £220.00 per person.

A group or party of 3 people booking together will be able to choose the locomotive they wish to drive (subject to current limited availability).
